The Med-CORDEX centralized database allowing free data access has been hosted and managed by ENEA (big thanks to Lele Lombardi) from 2010 to 2025. Unfortunatly, it is not accessible anymore. Currently, there is no centralized and open access to the whole Med-CORDEX data.
You have various solutions to access the data:
- A sub-selection (5 Atmosphere RCMs, 1 coupled RCSM) of the evaluation, historical and RCP scenario simulations of the Med-CORDEX Phase 1 is available for a limited number of variables and for various frequencies on the C3S Climate Data Store
- You can also contact individually the data producing teams to access the data. Contact of the data producing team can be found on the home page
More information will come when a better solution will become available. In particular, we plan to publish the Med-CORDEX-CMIP6 Phase 3 baseline runs on the ESGF-NG, starting in 2026.
