The 8th Med-CORDEX workshop was held from May 14th to 15th May in Rome (Italy) at the Pontificia Universitas Gregoriana here, hosted by ENEA.

The 6th Med-CORDEX workshop aimed to review the activities of the Phase 3 of Med-CORDEX, including the so-called baseline runs performed with coupled RCSMs but also new activities. The session titles were:

• Baseline runs
• IPCC activities
• Ocean biogechemical modelling
• Impact including coastal risks and coastal cities
• Beyond the state-of-the-art Med-CORDEX including AI
